Orders, Payments, & Shipping

  • How do I pay? What payment type do you accept? Are my details secure?

    Credit Cards
    Health Choice Ltd accepts all major credit cards. Please note that we do not store details of your credit card, and all orders are processed using encrypted ssl channel.

    Cheque or money order
    Please send your payment to the address below. Please make cheques out to Health Choice Ltd. Please don't forget to include your delivery address as well as your phone number, email and order reference if you have one. Write these on the back of the cheque if possible, and send to

  • Are my credit card details secure?

    Credit card payments are accepted through DPS (Payment Express). As you complete your checkout you will be transferred to a secure site to enter your Credit card details. Once complete, you will be transferred back to the health Choice website. Health Choice does not hold your credit card details on file.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    In the unlikely event you are unhappy with Brioclinic products we will happily refund your money in full. Please return the product, unused and/or partially used, and the receipt that will have accompanied your order. In the unlikely event that you received physically damaged product, you will be sent a reply paid bag to return the faulty product in and we will ensure replacement product is sent with the highest priority.

  • What is your shipping policy and delivery time?

    New Zealand Orders - Shipping within New Zealand is free of charge. For local (New Zealand) orders placed today please allow approximately 3 working days. Rural delivery orders usually take a little longer.

  • Do you ship international destinations?

    Yes, International orders are available

  • International Orders

    The shipping price for international destinations will be advised during ordering process. International order delivery times are variable, Australia 5-7 working days, delivery times to the rest of the world will depend on destination but generally not more that 10 working days.

Use & Safety

  • Are these products safe for me to use?

    If you are unsure about taking any of the products we stock then either contact your GP, or one of the staff at Brioclinic.

    It is very important that you follow the daily recommendations and serving allowances and thoroughly read the dosage instructions on products before using them for the first time.

    Always seek advice from your health practitioner if you are currently on any medication or have a pre-existing medical condition or complaint before taking any of these products. If in any doubt at all always seek the advice of your health practitioner first.

    Some products on our site may contain ingredients banned by certain sports or professional organisations. If you are subject to testing for performance enhancing compounds or any type of drug testing do not use this product under any circumstances. User assumes all risks, liabilities, and consequences related to performance enhancing testing and use of any product on our site or any samples which we include with orders.
