The following terms and conditions apply to all sales and purchases made through Health Choice Limited’s (“Health Choice Limited”, Brioclinic “us”, “we” or “our”) website via the Internet, telephone or mail or internet banking. Visit/use of this web site constitutes acceptance of the Health Choice Limited’s terms of use detailed below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.

1. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices stated on our Web Site are in New Zealand dollars and include freight and GST. International orders incur a variable freight charge (advertised at time of transaction), depending on the destination. Health Choice Limited reserves the right to change prices without notice. Health Choice Limited will not be held responsible or liable to typographic errors with regard to pricing. In the event a product has been priced incorrectly on the website, Health Choice Limited reserves the right to refuse sale of the product at this incorrect price and will inform the customer in this event.

2. Orders

We offer the following options for ordering:

• By Post (Mail Order)

To process orders we require the following information: your name, postal address, contact email address and telephone number together with your payment arrangement.

We currently accept all major credit cards. We do not store credit card details on or web site nor anywhere else.
Orders are placed using secure SSL connection with certified certificate. All payment transactions handled by "DPS" Payment Express with Secure encrypted data protocol.

Total charge will include all the taxes and shipment unless specified otherwise.

4. Product Delivery

4.1

Health Choice Limited delivers nationwide and internationally. Prices stated on our Web Site include postage and packaging within New Zealand. An extra freight charge applies to all international orders, this will be advertised at time of sale.

4.2

Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct delivery address. Health Choice Limited is not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

4.3

All orders are targeted to ship out within 24 hours of receiving and confirming order providing goods are in stock.

5. Changes in orders

5.1

We cannot change orders once they have been dispatched, although if notified by the customer of an order error we will do our best to correct the order.

6. Returns

6.1

Health Choice Limited offers a full 60 days money back refund or replacement guarantee if you are dissatisfied with our products in any way. To qualify you must return to us all unused product and containers and the receipt you will have received with your order within 60 days from receipt of our order. Our guarantee extends to only the most recent order you placed with us.

Our website provides a secure shopping environment. Health Choice Limited retains no credit card details. All website transactions are processed though “DPS” secure payment gateway.
